We’re here to make sure you love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve made returns simple, clear, and conscious—just like our brand.

Return Eligibility

 

Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized or final sale items

Items reported after the 14-day window

Defective or Incorrect Items: Must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the issue must be included to initiate a return or exchange.

How to Request a Return

 

To initiate a return, please email Justthahwtz@gmail.coms.com with:

 

1. Your full name and order number

2. Item(s) to be returned

3. Reason for return

4. A clear photo of the item in its current condition (front view, tags visible, damage if applicable

Once reviewed, we’ll email your Return Authorization and further instructions.

Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Use a trackable method; we are not responsible for lost returns.

 

Refunds & Store Credit

 

Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

No cash or card refunds.

Store credit is issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
